Brief

Netwerk Ondernemen, (network entrepreneurs) based in Belgium is one of the leading national organisations that helps ambitious growth entrepreneurs achieve their goals by accelerating their ambition bridging the gap from start-up to scale-up. The project brief was to relook at their proposition, brand story and visual identity - that also included a renaming of the organisation to NOA - Netwerk Ondernemen Accelorator.

Approach

NOA's brand strategy centered on two key elements: a powerful positioning statement and a dynamic visual identity.
Positioning Statement: I crafted a new statement that captured how NOA empowers ambitious growth entrepreneurs, emphasising on how targeted mentoring programs accelerate ambition and help achieve their goals.

Strategic Narrative: "We reward curiosity" became a core message. It encapsulated both the mindset we encourage in entrepreneurs and the way NOA fosters it.

I also revamped NOA’s visual imagery for a more dynamic identity that resonated with the startup scene.

Outcome

The outcome was a fresh new identity with a clear purpose that was communicated throughout the team, stakeholders and entrepreneurs network. The new name NOA was widely accepted by all, and also offered new opportunities within all programmes given a new impulse to the founder/funder ‘fund me’ programme.
